500 Canal Street in front of the Sheraton Hotel.  Pick up window is anywhere within a half an hour of scheduled pickup time.  The bus will not arrive early however you must be waiting for it as of your selected pick up time.   If you wish to be picked up at your hotel location then please call or text 504-577-3872 upon booking to give hotel name/location.  Pickup can be at any downtown hotel including most French Quarter  hotels. 

The bus will say Alert Transportation on the side.  The name of the person that paid the deposit will be the name that you will check in under.

Downtown where you were picked up or at any other location you'd prefer where the bus stops at for passenger dropoffs once the tour has ended.

If you have both adults and children in your party, select from one category to begin booking and before proceeding to complete the reservation, select 'book more'.  Scroll to selected tour and time and add the members from the second category.

Your seat will be reserved with your $15 Adult $5 Child Good Faith Deposit and balance of $50 Adult $35 Child can be paid by cash or credit at tour time.  If you decide to reschedule, your deposit can be reapplied to the same tour or to a different tour of your choice.
